LBC Streamlines Communications Needs with IP Telephony and Contact Centre Solutions from Avaya

Philippines – Avaya Inc., (NYSE:AV) a leading global provider of business communications applications, software and services, announced today that its IP Telephony and contact centre solutions have been deployed for Philippines-based LBC Express, Inc.- a leading provider of 24-hour air cargo delivery service in the Philippines. The new solutions will facilitate voice and data communications within the 600-strong LBC network in the Philippines and with its partners and customers worldwide.

With faster and more cost-effective voice and data interactions, the company will maximize operational efficiency in processing customer transactions, which can amount to 60,000 transactions at any given time. Thanks to the latest in automated response technologies, LBC will also be able to handle more customer queries daily with a reduced response time. Currently, LBC receives approximately 1,000 calls a day.
