Soft Clients All system verifications activities of existing and upcoming versions of IP softphone are performed in Pune. Avaya IP Softphone is a Computer Telephony Integration (CTI), Telephony Application Programming Interface (TAPI) enabled client-based telephony application for the PC or laptop running Microsoft Windows operating system.
