Supervisors may modify work schedules to allow flexible starting and stopping times. Avaya's flexible work schedules may include part-time, telecommuting, job-shares and compressed work weeks.

Leaves and Vacations
Avaya leave policy is designed to encourage employees to take vacations at least once or twice in a year. All work and no play is not acceptable at Avaya. We understand that behind the busy work schedules, employees need to spend quality time with their family and on their self development.
