BUPA Australia has been recruited as an IP and Contact Center reference. They needed a solution that improved customer service stramline call routing, enhance reporting, support multiple locations and integrate with existing aps.
BUPA has implemented the Avya S8700 Server to support distributed IP networking and centralized call processing. They have also deployed Avaya Interaction Center with 130 agents. IC was integrated with BUPA's existing IVR. They are actively using Avaya Business Advocate, Avaya Call Management System. Services are provided by a local Avaya BusinessPartner.
