		Europcar international is the leading rental car company in Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Managing a fleet of over 8000 cars, Europcar operates from all major airports, capital cities and many regional and remote locations. Europcar is completely owned by Volkswagen. Their IP telephony infrastructure serves 40 call centre agents in over 80 Australian and New Zealand branches. All voice traffic in the Tasman region now travels across Europcars WAN allowing ~15,000 calls per month from New Zealand to be answered in Australia reducing operating costs and boosting customer service. Europcar has also deployed Avaya Road warrior IP Softphones and Extension to Cellular allowing a geographically dispersed staff to conduct business anytime anywhere. Europcar has an Avaya call center with 40 agents handling inbound calls. They have deployed Avaya Call Management System and Expert Agent Selection. For messaging, Europcar is using Avaya Modular Messaging 2.0. Europcar’s system was implemented by BusinessPartner, NSC.
